CliniCall is proud to present a new service based on the ACFI provisions for Palliative Care.

Our Palliative Care servce is aligned with the quality of life intentions within ACFI as well as the associated funding.

CliniCall will proved experienced and specialised Palliative Care Nurses, RN, CNC and/or CNS to carry out:

• Assessments
• Care Plans
• Directives
• Ongoing evaluation and reviews
